Before you press send to everyone
Dear NameCheck a mail merge before you send it.
Paste your template with {{fields}} and your sheet of recipients. The page merges every email and catches what would go wrong - a blank that prints "Hi ,", a field the sheet does not have, a repeated or broken address. One run reviews the wording and writes a personal first line for each person from the notes you keep on them.
1 The template and the sheet free
Commas, tabs or semicolons; quoted cells are fine. Field names match the headers ignoring case and spaces, so {{First Name}} finds first_name. Or drop a .csv here.

3 Review and personal openers metered
One run reads the template the way a careful recipient would - must-fix and could-fix points, each quoting your words with a rewrite - and writes one short opening line for each person, built only from that person's notes. The page puts each line after the greeting and checks that none mentions anyone else.

How it works
The page reads the sheet (commas, tabs or semicolons, quoted cells), matches every {{field}} in the subject and body to a column by name, and fills each row in. A value left blank uses the fallback after the bar - {{first_name|there}} - and is flagged when there is none. Rows with no address or a repeated one are skipped; an address that is not an email is flagged.
The run reads the template, the problems the page found and each row's own values and notes. Every review point quotes your exact words, and every opener is tied to one row, so the page puts it in that row's email after the greeting - or wherever you wrote {{opener}}.
Nothing is sent from this page: export the merged emails, or open one in your mail app, and send them with your own mail tool.
